Office hours vary at each location, so please visit the location section of the website for specific information.    The majority of the office are open 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 to 1:00 on Saturdays.

Rental agreements run month to month for most units (exclusions include our commercial bays and specialized units).   Rental agreements can be signed for longer than one month, which comes with a discount, but must be paid in advance and refunds will not be provided for any unused portion.

Size of the unit and whether it is a climate controlled or non-climate controlled unit determine price.  Location also factors into the pricing, so please contact the location you are most interested in and they will be able to assist you with price at that particular location along with our other locations.

Each location has a manager on-site during office hours.   Additionally, we use an eight foot high fence around our premises along with entry and exit keypads to the facility which prevents tailgating.  Finally and most importantly, we have secured the premises with multiple cameras set up to record any unwanted activity.

Our climate controlled units are both air conditioned during the summer and heated during the winter.  We strive to keep our temps in the 65 – 75 degree range.

If space is available, you can move in as soon as you sign a rental agreement and make your initial payment at one of our locations.

We do have units available to will fit boats up to a certain size at our West Omaha and Gretna location as certain units have 10 foot tall entry doors.   Obviously the width and height of the boat will be the determining factor.  Please contact the individual office for information.

Payment Questions

We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit cards at our locations (coming to the Millard location soon).  We also offer the option to auto-draft from your bank account.  This option is a great way to avoid late fees.

Payments are due in advance of each months rent on the first of the month.  If you move in prior to the beginning month, you will be charged a prorated amount to the first of the month.

We will allow our customers a 5 day grace period before charging the customer a $25 late fee if any portion of the rent payment is unpaid.
