Rental agreements run month to month for most units (exclusions include our commercial bays and specialized units). Rental agreements can be signed for longer than one month, which comes with a discount, but must be paid in advance and refunds will not be provided for any unused portion.

Each location has a manager on-site during office hours. Additionally, we use an eight foot high fence around our premises along with entry and exit keypads to the facility which prevents tailgating. Finally and most importantly, we have secured the premises with multiple cameras set up to record any unwanted activity.

Our climate controlled units are both air conditioned during the summer and heated during the winter. We strive to keep our temps in the 65 – 75 degree range.

If space is available, you can move in as soon as you sign a rental agreement and make your initial payment at one of our locations.
